As a holistic coach specializing in emotional wellness and sleep, she supports professionals in managing stress, improving rest, and reconnecting with their inner strength. Known for her deep listening and unwavering belief in people’s potential, Seoyeon stands beside her clients with compassion and encouragement. Her sessions blend mindful breathing, gentle movement, and energy awareness, creating a safe space where transformation begins.
