So Mi is a Body & Brain instructor with ## years of experience teaching Brain Education, the holistic system containing Body & Brain yoga, tai chi and other practices. She has guided over 300 programs and impacted more than 10,000 people through her work. As a holistic coach specializing in body alignment & chakra energy, and Qigong & mobility, So Mi helps people who are dealing with physical distress, such as managing chronic pain or navigating menopause, to reconnect with their bodies with compassion and confidence... Known for her deep wisdom and nurturing presence, she creates safe, nonjudgmental spaces where self-healing and personal transformation naturally unfold.
